HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?
All orders are prepared within a maximum of 48 business hours after confirmation.
This preparation time may vary during peak seasons.
Orders from the MADE-TO-ORDER section may require a specific preparation time, which is communicated during the purchasing process.
We are not responsible for factors outside of FERI FERS that may delay or prevent a delivery and are not covered by our logistics partners.
I placed an order but did not receive the confirmation email
Every time you place an order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you don’t receive it, we recommend checking your Spam folder.

How can I find out my ring size?
To determine your size, I recommend measuring the circumference of your finger with a tailor’s tape or with a piece of string, which you can then measure with a ruler.
Once you have obtained your measurement in millimetres, simply consult the table in the Size Guide section to find your size. Alternatively, you can print out the full-size sheet at this size and compare your ring directly with the circles showing the measurements.

How can I track my order?
You can check the status of your orders at any time.
When I ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to track it.
You can also log in to your personal account in the “Track Orders” section to view the status.
If the information is not updated, please check again within 24 hours to allow the shipping company to register the shipment digitally.

How can I start a return or exchange process?
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange or a return through the contact form.
If your request is approved, you will receive all instructions via email within 24–48 hours.
Please note that personalized jewelry can only be returned in case of a manufacturing defect, and only after your request has been approved by me. Customized or modified items (such as made-to-measure pieces, resized or engraved items) cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are created exclusively for you and cannot be resold, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
